On 25th September 2019, peacefully at the Royal Oldham Hospital, aged 56 years.
Jacko will be sadly missed by Trish, family and grandchildren.
The funeral will take place on Monday, 7th October with service and committal at Oldham Crematorium at 3.30pm.
