On 26th May 2026, Adam passed away at the Royal Oldham Hospital, aged 27 years.
His funeral will take place on Wednesday, 24th June with service at Oldham Parish Church at 1.15pm prior to a private committal.
Bright/Rainbow colours to be worn, or formal attire with a touch of purple if possible.
